I should take a moment to congratulate our co-counsel, Bartimus Frickleton Robertson & Gorny on its recent settlement win in Missouri.

The case was a Cerebral Palsy case involving a ruptured uterus from a dilation and curettage years earlier, and the settlement included a seven-figure award in favor of the plaintiff.

What’s notable is that Sokolove Law identified this case and referred it to BFRG after another firm had turned it down.  More details are in Sokolove Law’s press release [PDF].
