Trucking Litigation Receives Continued Attention
by Marc Stern on Jul.26, 2009
Couple of quick tidbits from day one of the AAJ Conference in San Francisco.
My colleague John Lobisser had the chance to attend a program on litigation trends related to interstate trucking. It discussed litigation between truckers and motorcycle operators, and was aptly titled: “Truck vs. Motorcycle: When the Jury Hates Everyone.”
A later discussion featured a highly regarded attorney from Indiana who explored the particular hazards that arise from nighttime trucking, noting that 1 out of every 5 trucking accidents happens at night.
Trucking litigation is obviously an important area of case development. If you’re interested in working with Sokolove Law to identify and develop trucking cases drop me a line.
